We have an entire team dedicated to bringing fun and quality events to our members on a regular basis. Some of our past events include: Parliamentary Debate Tournaments, Social Nights, Round Tables & AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and more with world renowned experts, content creators, and actors. While most of our events tend to have a scholarly focus, we also try to provide more recreational activities to contribute to our welcoming environment.

The mission and foundation of Calliopean Club is firmly rooted in our goal to educate and empower our members. Our ranking system & community combine to inspire a healthy culture of intellectualism and self-improvement that we feel is altogether unique on our platform. The emphasis we place on education and contributions therein are reflected in our ranking system that rewards both individual growth and overall contributions to the server. One of the primary tools we utilize to advance this key tenant of the server is our regular virtual lectures from universities in the UK, Canada, and US -- and the personal seminars provided by scholars and members of the community.

Communities develop ideas, provide safety, and build better worlds. Calliopean Club is dedicated to being more than just an online educational platform, but a community itself. While we maintain a large member base, our staff learn and understand the unique individual needs of our members and work to encourage them to build strong, lasting connections that will further not only their own development, but the community's as a whole. Our unique sub-club system, where users collaborate and develop their own specialized micro-communities focused on specific fields of study or activities, offers members not only a place to discuss more specialized subject matter and a smaller less intimidating entry-point into the server -- but also a chance to develop leadership skills through leading sub-clubs as captains through which they organize events and guide these clubs in the direction they see fit.
